All Pixi orders are shipped and delivered via the premium carrier, USPS! We only ship on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We currently offer the following shipping options:
Most orders shipped via standard service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
Most ground shipments are delivered within 2 - 7 business days from the order's ship date.
Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will receive an additional surcharge of $10, and some restrictions may apply.
We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses. In order for us to facilitate delivery please kindly provide an alternative address for your order.
We have a UK site that can handle many of the international needs. However, from our US site we're unable to accept orders that are shipped to destinations outside the U.S.

Depending on your order and location, it will ship from our warehouse in either Las Vegas or Pennsylvania within the United States.
Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that free gifts, promotional items, significantly used products, incomplete sets, shipping fees or items purchased through other retailers cannot be returned.

Catch is an alternative payment method linked to your debit card or bank account, like Venmo or PayPal, that allows us to pass on savings to you in the form of store credit.

Pixi does NOT test on animals, nor do we have any other parties, such as suppliers, conduct any animal testing on our behalf. Pixi uses only the highest quality ingredients which have a proven safety record.
Each pregnancy journey is unique and we always recommend consulting with your physician for advice on what to use during your pregnancy or when breastfeeding. Your physician will know your medical history best and can give their professional opinion on whether a product is safe to use after reviewing its ingredient list. Pixi products are produced in small batches. Please refer to the period-after-opening symbol (open jar symbol) on the label of the product. This symbol can be found on all our products near the back or bottom of the outer packaging and will have a written number of months or years inside the jar symbol. For example, it will state 12M for 12 months. This means that the product stays potent and fresh for 12 months after you open it.
For best results, products should always be stored with the cap on and in a cool, dark place for maximum shelf life.
If your order contains a product that qualifies as hazmat (e.g., SunMist SPF50 etc.), it requires a special shipping and handling process and must ship ground Standard Shipping (4-8 days total delivery time including processing time) for domestic. We cannot ship hazmat items to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military address locations at this time.
