• Step 1: Twist On-the-Glow BASE to wind the stick up or down, and swipe gently on the skin

• Step 2: Pick up the product with a brush and start applying from the center of your face, blending outward.

• Step 3: Use long strokes or a stippling motion for an even, flawless base.
